Amazon's OneLink was built for a different era of affiliate marketing — one where every affiliate had a blog. It works by installing a JavaScript snippet on your own website, which rewrites your Amazon links based on each visitor's location. No website where you can paste JavaScript? OneLink does nothing for you.
And in 2026, that's most affiliates. The action is on Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram — platforms where you cannot install JavaScript, period. A pin linking to amazon.com sends your Canadian followers to the US store, where your US tag doesn't earn. That's the gap every Amazon OneLink alternative below is trying to fill.
Here are the five options worth your time, ranked for the social-first affiliate. Full disclosure up front: we make GeoAffiliate (#1) — we'll tell you exactly where it wins and where it doesn't.

1. GeoAffiliate — best OneLink alternative for social-first affiliates
Disclosure: this is our product. We built it because we are affiliates who pin, post, and needed OneLink to work where we actually publish.
GeoAffiliate does the job OneLink can't: it works with plain links. Paste any Amazon product URL — full product links and short amzn.to / a.co links both work — and you get one smart link. Every click detects the visitor's country and sends them to that country's Amazon store carrying your tracking ID. If you don't have a tag for their country, the click falls back cleanly to your default store instead of dying.
Because it's just a link, it works everywhere you can paste one: Pinterest pins, TikTok bios and video descriptions, YouTube descriptions, emails, and even QR codes (every link gets a printable QR code in one click). You can also tag links by source — pinterest, tiktok — and see in analytics which platform actually earns.
On compliance, it's designed around the Associates Operating Agreement: a single 302 redirect per click (never cached), the visitor's referrer preserved so Amazon can see where the click came from, and the destination is always a genuine Amazon product URL with your own tag. Nothing touches Amazon's cookies or attribution.
Pricing: free for 10 links and 1,000 clicks/month; Pro is $8/month flat with unlimited links and clicks, bulk creation (20 URLs at once), source tags, custom link names, a per-country destination preview, and a weekly analytics digest.
Where it doesn't win: no choice pages ("pick your store" landing pages) and no custom domains yet. If you need those, see #2.

Try it free2. Geniuslink — the most powerful option, with metered pricing
Geniuslink is the incumbent in this space and the most feature-complete: choice pages, custom domains, deep reporting, and years of polish. If you need a "pick your store" interstitial page or want links on your own domain, it's the serious option — those are features we don't have.
The catch is pricing and complexity. It's $6/month base plus $3.50 per 1,000 clicks. At 10,000 clicks a month that's $41; at 50,000 it's $181. The meter runs while you sleep, and every viral pin raises your bill — metered pricing punishes exactly the growth you're trying to create. The dashboard is also genuinely complex; expect a learning curve.
Pick Geniuslink if: you need choice pages or custom domains today, or you run an agency managing many clients. Skip it if: you want predictable costs or a tool you can learn in an afternoon. We did the full pricing math here.
3. Amazon OneLink itself — still fine if 100% of your traffic is your website
Let's be fair to OneLink: if every click you get lands on a website you control, it's free, official, and basically zero maintenance once the snippet is installed. For the classic blog-based affiliate, there's no reason to pay for anything else.
But know the limits: it only works where the JavaScript runs. Pinterest pins, TikTok bios, YouTube descriptions, emails — none of these execute your snippet, so none of them get geo-routed. It also gives you no click analytics of its own, and no control over where specific countries land. If your audience lives anywhere besides your site, OneLink alone is leaving money on the table.
4. Pretty Links / ThirstyAffiliates — for WordPress site owners
These are link management plugins for WordPress: they cloak long affiliate URLs into tidy branded links, organize them, and give you basic click counts. ThirstyAffiliates is the more affiliate-focused of the two; Pretty Links is the simpler, broader tool.
The honest limitation for this list: they're WordPress plugins. They manage links on your site. They don't solve the core OneLink problem — geo-routing clicks that originate on Pinterest, TikTok, or YouTube. If your business is a WordPress blog, they're great companions to OneLink. If your business is social content, they're the wrong category entirely.
5. Amazon SiteStripe — free, but single-country
SiteStripe is the toolbar at the top of Amazon pages when you're logged into Associates Central. It builds a tagged link for the product you're viewing in about three seconds. It's free, official, and dead simple.
The problem: one link equals one country's store. Paste a .com SiteStripe link in a pin and your Canadian followers land on amazon.com with your US tag — which doesn't earn on the Canadian store. You'd have to build and juggle separate links per country for every product, which is exactly the busywork the tools above eliminate. Fine for testing the waters; not a system.
How to choose: pick by where your audience lives
Forget feature checklists. The right Amazon OneLink alternative falls out of one question:
- Your audience is on your own website → OneLink (free) does the job. Add Pretty Links or ThirstyAffiliates if you're on WordPress and want tidy link management.
- Your audience is on Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram → you need link-based geo-routing, which means GeoAffiliate ($8 flat, simple, built for this workflow) or Geniuslink (more features, metered pricing).
- You need choice pages or custom domains right now → Geniuslink. We don't offer those yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
- You're just starting out with tiny volume → SiteStripe is free and fine while you validate. Upgrade to a geo tool the moment international clicks start mattering — that's when the commissions you're losing exceed $8/month.
The underlying trend is hard to argue with: affiliate attention keeps moving off websites and onto feeds. Whatever you choose, make sure it works where your audience actually clicks — not just where your JavaScript runs.
